Washington (AP)- George Bush announced a new candidate for appointment to the Supreme Court this morning. Like his first candidate, Mister President expressed the following about her qualifications. "I've known her a long time. She's a good person. She's not going to change. Trust me on this."

His new candidate, Barbara Bush, declined comment.
